Matilda has such a professional demeanor and is so very helpful. She answered any questions that I had and if she wasn’t certain of an answer to a question or concern that I had, she took the initiative to follow back up in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend, the customer service is by far the best I have encountered, which is so hard to find these days. When you are experiencing an emergency with damage to your home and you are stressed, ACC Restoration is definitely who you should call to get the job done! They are so empathetic and made the process so smooth which eased my mind. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you!

ACC Restoration exceeded my expectations from start to finish! Thank you to Matilda for always being so friendly and helpful with scheduling and payments. A special thank you to Ms. E, Pedro, and the other young man on the crew for the beautiful repair and paint work—they did an excellent job. I also want to recognize Dez, who came right back out to correct a shelf that had been reinstalled incorrectly. He responded quickly and made sure everything was right, and I truly appreciated that. Last but certainly not least, thank you to Douglas, the owner—I almost forgot to mention the boss man! 😊 I love that he has built a business that not only provides excellent service but also invests in young people by giving them opportunities to learn a trade and build a future. Everyone I worked with was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about doing quality work. I highly recommend ACC Restoration!

Great job by Glenn and Levi! They were very polite, respectful and attentive. They explained their process of cleaning the air ducts and returns, and made sure they vacuumed any residue from the job. I'd use them again. Very thorough.

I had a major emergency when my water heater unexpectedly exploded and caused significant damage throughout my home. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but ACC Restoration stepped in right away and made a huge difference. From the first call, their team was responsive, professional, and reassuring. They arrived quickly, assessed the damage thoroughly, and clearly explained the restoration process so I knew what to expect. Throughout the entire project, they communicated well and kept me updated on progress. The quality of their work was outstanding. They handled everything from water removal and drying to repairing the damaged areas, and they paid attention to details to make sure my home was restored properly. What really stood out was how respectful and careful they were while working in my home. Thanks to ACC Restoration, my home is back to normal, and the whole experience was far less overwhelming than it could have been.
